Upon compliance with provisions of Section 1325.02, the office of the Municipal Administrator shall issue a permit in accordance with the application, a duplicate copy of which shall be delivered to the Chief of Police, who is hereby charged with the responsibility of inspecting the premises referred to in the application and the progress of the work therein referred to during the period thereof, and with enforcing the general provisions of this chapter.
