137.08 PAYMENT FOR OFF-DUTY ATTENDANCE AT MAYOR'S COURT.
   All members of the Police Department who must attend a proceeding in the Mayor's Court while off duty shall receive five dollars ($5.00) per attendance, payable monthly.
