The city’s Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control Ordinance have been combined into one ordinance for the purpose of maintaining consistency, shortening the overall length of the document, and to improve user-friendliness for the end users. Sections 165.001, 165.002, 165.003, 165.385 through 165.401, 165.415 through 165.424, 165.435 through 165.440, 165.455 through 165.470, 165.485 through 165.488, 165.500 through 165.514 and 165.999 are shared by both the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control Ordinance. Sections 165.085 through 165.108, 165.120 through 165.127, 165.140 through 165.148, 165.160 through 165.165, 165.180 through 165.186, 165.200 through 165.205, 165.220 through 165.226, 165.240 through 165.246, 165.260 through 165.294, 165.305 through 165.312, 165.325 through 165.332 and 165.345 through 165.353 are exclusively Zoning Ordinance components. Sections 165.365 through 165.374 is exclusively a Subdivision Control Ordinance component.
