§ 165.260 GENERAL.
   (A)   General. This subchapter contains development standards that are arranged by category. There are two ways to determine which development standards apply to a specific zoning district. They are:
      (1)   Generally. Refer to the layouts in §§ 165.085 through 165.108 for a specific zoning district. In the “Additional Development Standards that Apply” division for that specific zoning district are listed the development standards which apply. Only the sections noted in the “Additional Development Standards that Apply” division apply to that zoning district; and
      (2)   District icons.
