§ 10-805. Hoisting Heavy Objects. 243
   (1)   No one shall hoist or lower any heavy object above the sidewalks without first placing substantial safeguards marked with the word "Danger" across the sidewalk so as to prevent the passing of pedestrians over such sidewalks.
