§ 10-837. Sale or Transfer of Ammunition. 298
   (1)   Any person that sells ammunition for a firearm, pistol, revolver, rifle or shotgun shall make a report to the City of Philadelphia Police Department of all of the following within seven (7) days of each such sale:
      (a)   Description of the purchase, including type and quantity.
      (b)   Name and address of purchaser.
      (c)   Date of purchase.
   (2)   The City of Philadelphia Police Department shall establish and maintain a registry of reports received under this Section.
