5901.2 Permits.
Permits shall be required as set forth in FC 105.6.
5901.3 General.
Flammable solids shall be stored, handled and used in accordance with this chapter.
5901.4 Supervision.
The handling and use of flammable solids in quantities requiring a permit shall be performed under the personal supervision of a person holding a certificate of fitness. The storage of flammable solids in quantities requiring a permit shall be under the general supervision of a person holding a certificate of fitness.
Section FC 5902: Definitions
5902.1 Definition.
The following term shall, for the purposes of this chapter and as used elsewhere in this code, have the meaning set forth in FC 202.
   FLAMMABLE SOLID.
Section FC 5903: General Requirements
5903.1 Quantities not exceeding the maximum allowable quantity per control area.
The storage, handling and use of flammable solids in amounts not exceeding the maximum allowable quantity per control area as indicated in FC 5003.1* shall be in accordance with FC 5001, 5003, 5901 and this section.
