   *Editor's note—History of Appendix: formerly entitled “Rules and Regulations Governing Alcoholic Beverages,” consisted of Part I, Rules and Regulations Governing the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages, and Part II, Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners Rules of Procedure. By Res. No. 12-78, effective Feb. 12, 1991, the County Council adopted the Board's Rules and Regulations, previously adopted by the Board on Jan. 17, 1991. Subsequently Rules and Regulations were adopted on, and effective as of, May 7, 1998.
   Revision dates of the current Rules and Regulations, adopted on July 20, 2006, effective January 1, 2007, are noted at the end of the applicable subsection.
