38A.03.01.01 Fee Schedule

The County Executive may establish a registration fee that is uniformly based on the size of an individual registrant's business establishment.

      1.1   The following registration fees are established for any person, firm, or corporation engaged in business to install, repair or maintain radio and television equipment and electrical appliances.

Registration fees shall be paid at the time an application for a certificate of registration is filed. Certificates of registration shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance and are renewable upon application.

         Average Number of Employees Per Week       Fee

         1 to 10 Employees                $40.00

         11 to 15 Employees                $58.00

         16 or more Employees            $92.00
