§ 33.077 LONGEVITY.
   (A)   A full-time employee of the Town of Monon shall receive, in addition to his/her regular salary, longevity pay as determined by the following schedule.
      (1)   After two full consecutive calendar years of employment, a $100 bonus will be paid as a stipend.
      (2)   After three, four and five years of consecutive employment, an additional $50 will be added each year cumulatively.
      (3)   After six through ten consecutive full calendar years of employment a $100 bonus will be added cumulatively each year.
      (4)   After ten through 15 consecutive full calendar years of employment a $150 bonus will be added each year cumulatively.
      (5)   At 15 years of consecutive employment, the bonus will be frozen thereafter at $1,500 per year.
   (B)    The following longevity pay chart shall illustrate the longevity pay for consecutive years of completed years of service.

   (C)   Longevity pay will be paid to the employee on the first pay of the year. Longevity pay is not included in the calculation of overtime.
