§ 33.072 VISION INSURANCE.
   (A)   The Town of Monon will pay 100% of the vision insurance premiums for all eligible full-time employees and the Clerk-Treasurer.
      (1)   Employee only: $5.04/month.
      (2)   Employee and child(ren): $9.57/month.
      (3)   Employee and spouse: $8.82/month.
      (4)   Family: $14.61/month.
