§ 34.01 IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION PROGRAM.
   The town’s identity theft prevention program is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full.

§ 34.02 TOWN HALL USAGE.
   (A)   The town’s municipal water works shall pay the town a sum, as set by Town Council from time to time, per month for the use of the Town Hall.
   (B)   The town’s municipal sewage works shall pay the town a sum, as set by Town Council from time to time, per month for the use of the Town Hall.
