§ 34.03 NONDISCRIMINATION.

The city will not discriminate in its employment policies and procedures against any individual because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, or national origin. Further, the city will comply with all legal requirements related to affirmative action, the employment of the handicapped, and veterans.
