§ 34.06 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.

In the event that any of the provisions of this chapter are found to be in conflict with any valid state or federal law now existing or hereinafter enacted such law shall supercede the conflicting provisions without in any way affecting the remainder of the chapter.
