PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS

§ 95.01 PURPOSE.

   It is in the best interest of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of this community that the city define, prevent, and abate nuisances, and that properties where repeated unlawful actions, behaviors, or conditions that constitute nuisances, be controlled.
