§ 95.38 ABATEMENT BY THE CITY - GENERALLY.
   Upon the failure of the person upon whom notice to abate a nuisance was served to abate the nuisance, the Chief of Police shall proceed to abate such nuisance and shall prepare a statement of costs incurred in the abatement thereof.
