§ 95.35 ABATEMENT REQUIRED.
   If the city determines that a nuisance exists within the city, the Chief of Police shall require the owner and/or person in charge of the property upon which the nuisance exists, or the person causing or maintaining the nuisance, to abate the nuisance.
