EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter, previously titled "BOCA National Property Maintenance Code," was re-titled "International Property Maintenance Code" upon the adoption of the 1998 edition of such Code by Ordinance 4806, passed August 19, 1998.
Ordinance 4266, passed February 24, 1982, approved a report entitled the "Johnstown Housing Policy for the 80's" and agreed that all future public funding would be utilized to the maximum in achieving the policies set forth therein. Copies of this ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
