606.01 DEFINITIONS; REFERENCES TO CRIMES CODE.
   Words, terms and phrases used in this General Offenses Code shall have the same meanings given such words, terms and phrases in the Crimes Code of Pennsylvania (18 Pa. C.S. §§ 101 et seq.).
   References throughout this General Offenses Code to the Crimes Code shall mean the Crimes Code of Pennsylvania, as aforesaid.

606.02 OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
   If any person impedes, inhibits, interferes with, restricts or obstructs any City official or other person acting under the authority of the City, in the discharge of his or her duties, in the execution or enforcement of any ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation of the City, the City Solicitor, the Codes Administrator or any other City official may seek in a court of competent jurisdiction an order that such person cease and desist from such interference. Such remedy shall be in addition to any penalty that may be imposed for a violation of Section 5101 of the Crimes Code (Obstructing administration of law or other governmental function).
