1428.07 VIOLATIONS GENERALLY.

No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or violate or fail to comply with an approved plan or directive of the Codes Administrator or with a permit or certificate issued under this chapter.
