(a) Duties. Code Enforcement Officers of the City shall make or cause to be made inspections to determine the conditions of one and two-family dwellings, dwelling units, multifamily dwellings, rooming houses and premises in order to safeguard the safety, morals and welfare of the public, in accordance with applicable codes and ordinances of the City.
(b) Right of Entry. The Officers are hereby authorized to enter any one and two-family dwelling, dwelling unit, multifamily dwelling, rooming house or other building or premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of performing their duties under the applicable codes and ordinances of the City.
