1428.06 OBSTRUCTING INSPECTIONS.
   No owner, occupant or other person in charge of a dwelling unit, rooming unit or any residential structure covered by the International Property Maintenance Code shall refuse, impede, inhibit, interfere with, restrict or obstruct entry and free access to every part of the structure where inspection is sought by the Building Inspectors and Housing Inspectors of the City. In the case of violations of this section, the Codes Administrator may seek, in a court of competent jurisdiction, an order that such owner, occupant or other person in charge cease and desist, with such interference. Such remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1428.99 .
