GENERAL PROVISIONS
The owners of abutting property are responsible for the care and maintenance of public land between sidewalks and streets. It shall be their responsibility to mow, rake, remove litter and destroy weeds, in order to maintain a reasonable attractive appearance and ensure the public health and safety.
