§ 94.02 SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS.

Owners of land are responsible for snow and ice removal from abutting sidewalks. Snow and ice shall be removed in a timely manner so as not to impair the safety and mobility of users of such sidewalks.
