§ 94.04 STOP BUMPERS REQUIRED FOR PARKING LOTS.

Any person, business or corporation possessing a parking lot adjacent to a sidewalk shall provide a stop bumper or barricade, which will prevent cars, trucks, and the like, from projecting across sidewalk.
