All late night business establishments shall post, in conspicuous locations, including the parking lot, signs prohibiting loitering (gathering outside vehicles), alcoholic beverages, loud noises (racing motors, music, and the like), disorderly conduct, and cruising, and that violators will be prosecuted.

(A) (1) In addition to the applicable regulations of §§ 111.001 through 111.008 regarding eating and drinking establishments, and any other applicable regulations, it shall be the duty of the licensee of a late-night business establishment to maintain quiet and good order upon the premises thereof, and the licensee shall not permit disorderly or immoral conduct or loitering. The licensee of a late-night business establishment shall not cause or permit to be caused any noise or other nuisance on the premises whereby the quiet and good order of the premises or of the neighborhood is disturbed. The City Council shall have the authority to revoke or suspend a license issued hereunder, or to refuse to renew a license when it finds that the following apply.
(a) That the licensee is operating in violation of this chapter or any other governing law, ordinance, or regulation.
(b) That the licensee is operating so as to constitute a nuisance, by reason of noise, disorderly conduct, or immoral activity on the premises.
(2) Prior to revoking or suspending a license, or refusing to renew a license, a hearing shall be held by the Council at which the licensee shall have an opportunity to show cause why his license should not be revoked or suspended, or why his license should be renewed, as the case may be.

(B) No owner or operator of any late-night business establishment shall operate or permit to be operated any loudspeakers, or make or permit to be made any other loud noise or permit any show or exhibit on the premises occupied by the establishment; however, the owner or operator of the business may use a public address system solely for the purpose of giving instructions to employees on the premises, provided that the instructions so given shall not be loud enough to cause any noise or disturbance to persons not on the premises of the establishment. (C) No patron of a late-night business establishment while parking on or adjacent to the premises thereof, or any other person while on the premises of the business, shall race the motor of any car, suddenly start or stop any car, or make or cause to be made any other loud or unseemly noise. It shall also be unlawful for any patron or other person parked on the premises of any business to blow or cause to be blown any automobile horn or motorcycle horn at any time while so parked. BAKERIES AND BULK FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS
For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BAKERY. An establishment wherein bread and cakes and/or pastries are prepared and baked and/or sold at wholesale or retail.
BULK FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. Any establishment where food in bulk or packaged in metal, pasteboard, glass, or plastic containers is held, stored, or offered for sale. The following establishments are illustrative of the meaning of the term bulk food establishment, but this listing shall not be deemed exclusive, nor by way of limitation: grocery stores, dairy stores, confectioneries, fruit or vegetable markets, and establishments selling groceries, confectioneries, fruits, or vegetables at wholesale. Establishments selling food and licensed under other provisions of this code such as meat markets, fish markets, or otherwise shall not be subject to the terms of this subchapter by reason of engaging in the business otherwise licensed. Such establishments shall, however, be subject to this chapter and additionally licensed hereunder when there is conducted on the premises an additional business of selling groceries, confections, fruit, or vegetables. Persons selling at retail securely wrapped gum and candy only, and persons maintaining food and drink vending machines only, on the premises, shall not be subject to the terms of this chapter.

(A) No person shall operate or maintain a bakery or bulk food establishment in the city without first having obtained a license therefor in accordance with Chapter 110 of this code.
(B) No license shall be issued except upon the certification of the Health Officer. Licenses shall be subject to suspension by the Health Officer as provided in § 111.004(E) and (F) of this chapter. License fees shall be as specified in Chapter 110.
