(a) Meat, cheese, frozen fish and frozen seafood offered for sale shall be kept in a commercial-type mechanical refrigeration display case. Refrigerated cases shall be furnished and installed at the expense of the tenant. Each case must be approved by the Market Supervisor prior to use. Applicants for space shall qualify as required in previous sections of this chapter.
(b) (1) The rental fees shall be set by the Market Supervisor and approved by the Director of Purchasing based on a combination of the following:
a. Location;
b. Lineal foot frontage; and
c. Total square footage occupied.
(2) Rental fees will be established consistent with the cost of utilities and the general marketing operation.
