§ 29-13  LEAVING REFUSE; KILLING OR DRESSING ANIMALS OR FOWL.
   No person shall place or leave, or cause to be placed or left, in or about the market place, any waste, offal, garbage, or other refuse or matter, and no person shall kill or dress in such market place any animal or fowl.
