Rental fees shall be payable in advance at the office of the Treasurer and no space may be occupied until such payment is made. Unoccupied space after the hour of 8:30 a.m. may be rented by the day, unless the Market Supervisor is notified prior to that time of a reservation of the space by the existing tenant. No space shall be subleased except by the Market Supervisor.
