6-6-3: HAULER'S LICENSE:
6-6-3-1: REQUIRED:
No person shall remove or haul any garbage, refuse or recyclable materials from any lot or tract of real estate or from any street or alley, for hire, without first procuring a license therefor as provided in this section 6-6-3. (Ord. 425, 4-9-1991)
6-6-3-2: APPLICATION:
Application for a license under this section 6-6-3 shall be made on forms provided by the village clerk's office. (Ord. 425, 4-9-1991)
6-6-3-3: BOND:
Application for a license shall be accompanied by a surety bond in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), conditioned upon the observance of this chapter. (Ord. 425, 4-9-1991)
6-6-3-4: CERTIFICATES OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED:
Prior to issuance of a license under this section 6-6-3 the applicant shall present a certificate of workers' compensation insurance and a certificate of public liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). (Ord. 425, 4-9-1991)
6-6-3-5: FEE:
Application for a license under this section 6-6-3 shall be accompanied by a license fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00), which amount is established as the annual license fee. (Ord. 425, 4-9-1991)
6-6-3-6: TERM:
All licenses used under this section 6-6-3 shall be valid until April 30 next succeeding the date of issuance of such license. The village board of trustees may issue only one license and may refuse any applicant. Issuance of a license hereunder is in the sole discretion of the village board. (Ord. 425, 4-9-1991)
