6-7-1: Adoption
6-7-1: ADOPTION:
Kitchen operations as defined and permitted under the food handling regulation enforcement act, 410 Illinois Compiled Statutes 625/3.6 as amended are hereby authorized by the village. Said section 3.6 as amended is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter with the same force and effect as though set forth herein verbatim. (Ord. 683, 7-8-2014)
