Conditionally permitted uses are as follows:

B. Commercial Recreation.
C. Non-Commercial Recreation.
D. Personal Services.
E. Medical Marijuana Facilities.

There shall be a minimum side yard setback of fifteen (15) feet for properties in the L-I Light Industrial District, except when the property abuts any residential district, in which case the minimum side yard shall be fifty (50) feet. If the wall of an existing building is less than fifteen (15) feet from the lot line in either side yard, an addition to this building shall be permitted to extend toward the lot line no farther than the existing wall.

The minimum rear yard setback for properties in the L-I Light Industrial District shall be not less than twenty (20) feet, except when the property abuts any residential district, in which case the minimum rear yard setback shall not be less than fifty (50) feet.

The maximum height regulations for properties in the L-I Light Industrial District shall be as follows:
A. No principal building shall exceed forty (40) feet in height.
B. No public building shall exceed seventy-five (75) feet in height.
C. No accessory building shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in height.
