It is the purpose of the L-I Light Industrial District to accommodate and encourage the development of light industrial uses which operate entirely within enclosed structures and are clean, quiet and free of hazardous or objectionable elements such as noise, odor, dust, smoke, glare and vibration. The Light Industrial District is an appropriate transition between more intense Industrial Districts and less intensive uses.

J. Research and Development Laboratories.
K. Truck Terminals.
L. Warehousing.
M. Wholesale Business.
N. Any other use determined by the Building Inspector to be of the same general character as the above permitted uses.
O. Call Center.
