1163.07 MINIMUM REAR YARD SETBACK.

The minimum rear yard setback in the POD Professional Office District shall be not less than thirty (30) feet, except that any existing structure may remain in its present location, but shall not be altered or remodeled in any way to reduce the existing rear yard depth.
