Principally permitted uses are as follows:
A. Allied Health Facilities.
B. Chiropractor Offices.
C. Dental and Medical Clinics.
D. Health Unit Office Buildings.
E. Offices.
F. Public Care Centers.
G. Research and Development Laboratories.
All businesses and services shall be conducted wholly within a completely enclosed building, except for off-street parking and loading.

Permitted accessory uses are as follows:
A. Any use customary and incidental to the permitted use.
B. Signs as regulated in Chapter 1174.
Accessory uses, other than signs and fences, shall be located in the rear yard only and located not less than six (6) feet from any lot line and covering not more than thirty-five percent (35%) of the required rear yard.

The minimum front yard setback for properties in the POD Professional Office District shall be not less than twenty (20) feet, except that any existing structure may remain in its present location, but shall not be altered or remodeled in any way to reduce the existing front yard depth.

The minimum side yard setback for properties in the POD Professional Office District shall be not less than ten (10) feet, except that any existing structure may remain in its present location, but shall not be altered or remodeled in any way to reduce the existing side yard depth.
