761.13 INSPECTING AND SEALING FEES.

   The following fees shall be collected by the City Sealer from the owner, his agent or operator or the person in control of the business for inspecting and sealing:

   There shall be a minimum charge of ten dollars ($10.00) for each trip that the City Sealer makes in the carrying out of his or her duties as set forth in this section.
