761.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, except Section 761.23, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(b) Whoever fails to comply with Section 761.23 shall be fined one dollar ($1.00) for each package.
