761.25 SALE OF FOODSTUFFS IN USED CONTAINERS.

It shall be the duty of any person in quoting the price of any article sold to his trade over his counter, to also state the weight in pounds and ounces, in numerical count or measure as the case may be, and it shall be the duty of the City Sealer to see that this section is enforced.

761.26 CONTENTS OF MEMORANDUM OF SALE.

No person shall sell or offer for sale any article of foodstuff, or any merchandise, on memorandum of sale without giving the correct amount of each article on the bill in the terms of net weight, numerical count or measure, the price of each thereon and the name or number of the clerk or salesman weighing or measuring the article.
