13-18: JUNK CARS; VIOLATION; NUISANCE; PENALTY:
The keeping of motor vehicles or any parts thereof in violation of section 13-17 of this chapter is considered as offensive, and shall constitute a nuisance. In addition, if any person commits any such violation he/she shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code.
