It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, wreck, store, or allow to remain in such a manner as to be exposed to view from without the property, any motor vehicle no longer licensed for operation as a motor vehicle, or any parts thereof, upon any property in the city, other than upon property zoned for industrial purposes.
