11-1: COUNTY HEALTH REGULATIONS ADOPTED:
The regulations of the Pinal County board of health, adopted June 14, 1965, being regulations 1 through 9, are adopted by the city as its public health regulations. (Ord. 62 § 1, 4-22-1957)
11-2: COPIES OF REGULATIONS ON FILE:
Three (3) copies of the regulations mentioned in section 11-1 of this chapter shall be kept and maintained by the city clerk in the official files of the city as a part of the official records of the city. (Ord. 62 § 3, 4-22-1957)
11-3: VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of county health regulations adopted by reference herein shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this code. (Ord. 62 § 4, 4-22-1957)
11-4: SANITARY CODE ADOPTED; AMENDMENTS; VIOLATIONS:
   A.   Adoption; Copies On File: That certain document entitled "City Of Eloy Sanitary Code", three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, which documents were made a public record by resolution 87-340 of the city is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.
   B.   Amendments: The city council may, by resolution, change or modify these rules as may, from time to time, be necessary. Amendments and revisions to these rules shall become effective upon the adoption of the appropriate resolution by the city council.
   C.   Violation; Penalty: Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove described. (Ord. 87-279 §§ 1-3, 8-24-1987)
