§ 18-87. Cost of living adjustments.
   Commencing effective July 1, 1998, the water rates contained in CDO section 18-79 and the Sewer Rates contained in CDO section 18-80 shall be adjusted annually in accordance with KRS 83A.075 as may be amended from time to time, so as to allow automatic cost of living adjustments based on the purchasing power of the dollar as computed by the State of Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet.
