Pursuant to KRS 198B.060, and other applicable law, the city shall charge a fee for the services performed under this article, and such schedule of fees, including any amendments as may be from time to time enacted by order of the board of commissioners is hereby incorporated by reference. There is hereby adopted by reference the Kentucky Residential Code, and any subsequent editions or amendments thereof, as published by the International Building Codes, as if set out at length in this article.

ARTICLE IV. ELECTRICAL CODE*

DIVISION 1. GENERALLY
(a) All installations, construction, maintenance and operation of electrical wiring, appliances and devices in and about buildings and on private or public property, if not otherwise specifically covered in this article, shall be installed, constructed, maintained, operated and supplied in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in the edition of the National Electrical Code, most recently adopted by the department of housing, building, and construction of this state.
(b) A copy of such code is on file in the office of the Boyle County Engineer and City of Danville Engineer.
