17.28.130 Walls, fences and landscaping.
   (A)   The provisions of Chapter 17.70 shall apply.
   (B)   The front yard shall be landscaped with appropriate plant and landscaping materials which may include trees, shrubs, bushes, flowers and grassed areas.
