§ 317.04 Enforcement of Standards and Controls in Plan

   With respect to any properties redeveloped, rehabilitated or to be redeveloped or rehabilitated as set forth in the community development plan, the standards and controls embodied in the plan, so adopted and approved, shall be enforceable in the same manner as the ordinances of the City.
