10-8-404 Signs.
   All signs advising of the occasional sale shall be confined to the premises on which the sale is conducted, and all signs advising of the sale shall be removed no later than 9:00 p.m. on the day the permit expires.

10-8-405 Sale items to be displayed within property lines.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to display for sale any goods, wares or merchandise under the provisions of Sections 10-8-401 through 10-8-404 beyond the property line of the premises on which an occasional sale is permitted. Articles for sale may be displayed inside the garage, inside the back yard or on a side driveway of the premises if such driveway exists.

10-8-406 Penalty – Violation.
   Any person found in violation of any of the provisions of Sections 10-8-401 through 10-8-405 shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense, and each day such violation persists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

10-8-410 Skating.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to skate on roller or ice skates upon any public way in the city except on the sidewalks and at street intersections while crossing from one side of the street to the other.

10-8-420 Cleansing goods.
   No person shall wash, rinse or cleanse, or cause or procure to be washed, rinsed or cleansed, any cloth, yarn or garment in any public way or public place in the city.

10-8-430 Washing windows and sidewalks.
   From the first day of May until the first day of October it shall not be lawful for any person to wash or cause to be washed any pavement or window with a hose or streetwasher, or by throwing or dashing water against or upon the same in such manner as to permit or cause the water so used in washing to run or fall upon any public sidewalk or in such manner as to obstruct or tend to obstruct the use of any public sidewalk, with or by any implement used in and about the cleansing or washing of any such pavement or window, between hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

10-8-440 Sorting of articles.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to pick, sort, pack or unpack, fruit, flowers, vegetables, rags, paper, old iron, bottles, or junk upon any public way or other public place in the city.
