§ 35.35 INCOME TAX CODE.
   The village’s Income Tax Code is hereby adopted by reference. A full copy of the code can be found in the village offices.

FUNDS
§ 35.45 PETTY CASH FUND.
   (A)   A Petty Cash Fund for use by the Village Administrator is hereby established.
   (B)   The amount in the Fund at any one time shall not exceed $50, and at all times, the amount of cash in the Fund plus the receipts for expenditures therefrom shall total the sum of $50.
   (C)   The Village Administrator shall be responsible for the accounting of, deposits to and withdrawals from the Fund.
   (D)   The initial deposit into the Fund and all reimbursements thereafter shall be made from the General Fund of the village.

§ 35.46 FEMA ICE FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a FEMA Ice Fund for the purposes of receiving FEMA funds.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to take any actions necessary to effectuate the purpose of this section.

§ 35.47 SCRAP TIRE GRANT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a Scrap Tire Grant Fund for the purposes of receiving scrap tire grant monies.
   (B)   All Scrap Tire Grant Fund monies are pass-through dollars only. The Ohio EPA only awards money to public entities and not private companies. The role of the village is as facilitator of the grant. Therefore, the village only disperses state money to Boomerang after certain requirements in the scrap tire grant application are met. No local taxpayer dollars are involved in this relationship.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to take any actions necessary to effectuate the purpose of this section.

§ 35.48 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL LOAN FUND.
   There is hereby created and established a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund for the purposes of receiving WPCLF funds.
