§ 35.50 LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND.
   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to establish the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (B5) to separately account for any funds received through the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, being Pub. L, 117-2, so as to be in compliance with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA), being 31 U.S.C. §§ 6101 et seq.
