§ 35.57 PHILIP SHEETS FAMILY BOTKINS BRANCH LIBRARY FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Philip Sheets Family Botkins Branch Library Fund.
   (B)   The monies contained in the Fund are authorized to be used for the sole benefit of the operation of the library as the Council of the village deems fit.
   (C)   All interest, dividends and revenue earned on the monies of the Fund established by this section shall be paid into and credited to this Fund.
