§ 35.51 STORMWATER FUND.
   (A)   The Fiscal Officer shall establish a Stormwater Fund.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall consult with the State Auditor regarding approval of this Fund.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to employ said Fund for those funds and accounts in the possession of the village which are not derived from general property tax and which are to be employed for execution of stormwater installation, maintenance and repair.
